Description

There's no faster way to get from Heathrow to central London than the Heathrow Express. Small wonder, then, that over 18,000 passengers a day take the 15 minute journey aboard our modern and smart trains.

 

To help us ensure even more customers can travel safely and have someone provide them with travel information, we're looking for more Customer Hosts to join our teams at Heathrow. 

 

Customer Hosts are our brand ambassadors and, as such, you’ll offer everyone a warm welcome to London.  You’ll also offer them your knowledge and guidance whether it’s helping them find their terminal or giving directions to London landmarks.

 

As you might imagine, the safety of our passengers is our top priority. With this in mind, we will give you thorough safety and security training, so you'll know what to do if you spot an unattended bag or see someone acting strangely. 

 

This role is about as far as you can get from a desk job. You'll be on your feet, moving around, interacting with customers. So, while you won't need experience, you will need great communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You must be medically fit and ready to take sight and hearing tests ahead of joining the team. Once onboard, you'll find this is a role that offers real variety and great job satisfaction.
