Heathrow Express is the fastest way to get from Heathrow to central London. Our trains take just 15 minutes from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 to Paddington— and run every 15 minutes. Little wonder then we carry an average of 18,000 passengers every day. By becoming a part of our customer facing teams you’ll help us carry even more and you’ll do that by providing exemplary customer service and driving our sales. You will be based at Heathrow and London Paddington. 

We are keen to recruit reliable, self-motivated and proactive customer facing ambassadors to help delight our customers throughout their entire experience with us and importantly keep them safe, happy, informed and inspired to return. 

You will work on a shift basis delivering excellent levels of customer care at all of our locations including Heathrow, Paddington and on board our trains. 

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and have a flexible approach to your work, offering our customers an exemplary service every time. 

As a customer host you will be our ambassadors. You will have the confidence to engage and interact with customers whilst exhibiting genuine passion and pride for the role. Selling tickets and providing customers with accurate information will be key, this may include information about London, Paddington or their onward travel. 

You will also provide excellent platform management whilst meeting the security and evacuation protocols of our stations. You’ll be ensuring the highest standards are maintained at our stations and on our trains and assist customers with awkward luggage. 

You will be resilient, quick thinking and have a driven approach as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to delight our customers. This is a challenging position and you must be capable of moderate physical activity, be medically fit and meet accepted standards for visual acuity and hearing as this will be tested.
