An opportunity has arisen to join the Heathrow Express Commercial Team as a Lead Sales Manager

 

Overall Role Purpose

 

The effective management of the turn up and go sales team to deliver revenue and customer service targets

 

Primary Focus of the Role is to

 

Manage People (if selected provide detail below) ☒

Provide Technical Expertise ☐

Manage the sales team of managers, mobile sales advisors and customer concierge including personal development, coaching and performance management.

 

Line manager responsibility

 

Principle accountabilities

 

. This role is responsible for the delivery of this target

 

·         Working with HEX and HAL Commercial and operations colleagues to design, test, deliver and analyse sales and customer service initiatives to achieve the Commercial targets on revenue,journeys, and customer service

·         Work with HEx pricing team to deliver variable pricing to grow journeys and revenue in off peak periods and increase train utilisation.

·         Work collaboratively to design, launch and analyse success of employee reward schemes such as commission, bonus and competition schemes to deliver a sales through service culture

·         Drive growth through effective management of the team of Hex mode share which supports a sustainable HAL

·         Collaborate and support the delivery of the Plane2Platform journey including delivering a consistent experience at each touch point.

Building effective relationships within the Heathrow community and the wider business.
