Top 6 Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in the use of content management systems (Sitefinity). Handling translation process with our translation agency. Identifying experience personalisation enhancements.
  • Ensure our digital platforms (website and app) are optimised for search. Lead the day to day relationship and work flow with our digital marketing agency (search marketing/display/ affiliates).
  • Supporting campaigns across teams through landing pages, tracking link and promotion code creation, asset creation and management. Working with team the wider Heathrow digital estate is up to date.
  • Analysing customers digital behaviour. Using web and app analytics to improve customer experience. Working with Adobe (Target) on a comprehensive web and app testing plan to improve our digital platforms.
  • Platform issue support and resolution with our web development agency, IT and customer relations. Also supporting digital development projects.
  • Producing insightful reports for weekly and monthly performance reporting whilst identifying the cause and effect and trends in data


  • Evident experience in digital marketing and website content management systems
  • Experience of planning and delivery of digital activity campaigns 
  • Proficient with web analytics, multi-variant test planning and optimisation (ideally Adobe tech)
  • Managing SEO with digital marketing agencies and ensuring synergies with PPC


  • Desirable: Qualified member of the CIM/IDM or equivalent
  • Essential: Relevant marketing / digital marketing qualification
